At The Knowledge House, we know what it takes to flourish in the tech economy, and our alumni land high-paying jobs, many at Fortune 500 companies, tech startups, and local community organizations. 75% of our adults graduates land their first job in tech after TKH.

We are currently seeking hiring opportunities for our 2021 graduates. Companies, large and small, are invited to hire our talent for on-the-job training during the course, a paid 3-month internship during the summer, or for open part-time and full-time roles.

Hire a TKH Graduate

The Knowledge House’s curriculum is second-to-none. We work directly with our corporate partners to develop a curriculum tailored to specific technology workforce needs.

We also incorporate aspects of corporate culture, key performance indicators and benchmarks for success into our training programs. The outcome is a comprehensive, custom-built curriculum geared towards industry needs.TKH talent have skills in the following areas:

Data Science

Fellows learn the full extent of the Python programming language, including how to access, clean, and analyze web data, and how to work directly with databases using SQL. Graduates will be prepared to pursue entry-level positions as data engineers and data analysts.

Cyber Security

Fellows learn the basics of networking and operating systems, while being introduced to security concepts and ethical hacking using Python. Graduates will be prepared to take the following 3 certifications aligned to the coursework: CompTIA's A+, Network+ and Security+.

Fullstack Web Development

Fellows learn the industry tools that power popular apps from creating fast and responsive interfaces with Facebook’s ReactJS to creating powerful server-side applications with Node JS and the Express framework. Graduates will be prepared to pursue entry-level positions as web developers and front-end engineers.

Usability Testing & UX|UI

Fellows learn the basics of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) as well as usability design practices that establish professional protocols for developing, implementing and reporting usability tests. Graduates will be prepared to take certifications like Google UX and Adobe XD.

Hire a TKH Intern

Our Internship Program is a three-month, paid immersive experience preparing fellows for a career in technology. Corporate and employer partners catalyze our students' success by unlocking career pathways and providing real-life professional experiences that upskill fellows. Hiring interns connects you directly to top talent, many of whom stay with their employers for the long-term. We work closely with our partners year-round to tailor our job training program to meet their workforce needs and ensure that our placed interns have the hard and soft skills to thrive in their roles.
