The Knowledge House (TKH) was established in October of 2014. This decade has not only been life-changing for our service recipients but also for our board, staff, and volunteers. It takes a village for us to implement a mission and vision that aims to break the cycle of poverty with tech careers across industries.
Our Fellows come from underestimated communities making less than $20K minimum wage jobs. Through our free 12-month adult training program, coupled with vital wraparound services and an alumni engagement program, Fellows are graduating into full-time positions averaging $75K. To date, TKH has provided services in six cities across the country, impacting more than 2,500 lives.
On October 16th, over 200 guests joined us in a night of celebration that raised over $100K in support of The Knowledge House mission. We would not be able to do our work without the support of friends like you!
The night was hosted by Emmy award-winning TV anchor Arrianee LeBeau of PIX11, including a thought-provoking fireside chat led by CEO & Co-Founder Jerelyn Rodriguez with Richard R. Buery, Jr., CEO of Robin Hood Foundation, and a trailer of the TKH documentary. 2024 Cocktail Reception photos.
