Digital Literacy Programs

TKH’s Digital Literacy Programs address the growing demand for accessible digital skills training to help individuals succeed in today’s tech-driven job market by creating opportunities for learners to build essential digital skills for the workplace and beyond.

As part of this initiative, TKH hosts Tech Empowerment Days —free, one-day workshops for young professionals and career changers. Participants get hands-on practice with tech skills they can immediately introduce in their daily lives, ranging from data literacy to cybersecurity to digital collaboration tools like Google Suite to emerging technologies like AI. They learn about the tech industry landscape, network with industry experts, and hear from panelists with nontraditional pathways into tech. The workshops foster community-building, encouraging participants to ask questions, take risks, explore new career possibilities, and leave with valuable knowledge, connections, and next steps.

We also offer virtual workshops and a newsletter to keep our community informed about tech trends, learning resources, and upcoming opportunities.
